The dry summer has allowed site preparation to move quickly. Site utilities are nearly complete with backfilling of the basement walls ongoing. Curb and gutter and asphalt paving will be completed this month on the south side of the site. This will provide a new entry road to the parking lot from Mendota Heights road. Additional grading and asphalt work will be completed in preparation for the upcoming athletic seasons with the site being stabilized later this fall.
Exterior precast wall panels are being erected now and will continue into August. Structural steel deliveries will begin the last week of July. As the structure comes together in early August the roofing, glass and glazing, and interior slab work will begin late in the month.
